The Gems are packed in a fiber box – 6 individual 6 x 6 x 5 boxes packed in a master case 19 x 12 3/4 x 5 5/8. Types of cheese used are Cheddar, Colby, Farmers and Monterey Jack.

12 Pound Midget is a bandage style wheel that has an average weight of 12 pounds. It is approximately 4 1/2 inches in height and 9 1/2 inches in diameter. The Midgets are packed in a fiber box (4 3/4” H x 11 1/8” W x 10” L). Types of cheese used are Cheddar, Colby, Farmers and Monterey Jack.

22 Pound Daisy is a bandage style wheel that has an average weight of 22 pounds. It is approximately 4 inches in height and 14 inches in diameter. The Daisy is packaged in a fiber box (4 1/4” H x 14 3/4” W x 13 1/2 L) or a wood box (5 1/2” H x 15” D). Types of cheese used are Cheddar, Colby, Farmers and Monterey Jack.

38 Pound Flat is a bandage style wheel that has an average weight of 38 pounds. The Flat is approximately 7 inches in height and 15 1/2 inches in diameter. The Flat is packaged in a wood box (7 1/2” H x 16 1/4” D). Types of cheese used are Cheddar, Colby, Farmers and Monterey Jack.
