In 2020, our Master Cheesemaker created a new variety of cheddar with unparalleled qualities similar to those found in Old World Cheddar, but even better. So, with a nod to the future instead of the past, we deemed it New World Cheddar. In 2022, it won 2^nd Place in the American Cheese Society’s Sweet Cheddar category.

It’s so creamy that it melts in your mouth! The rich, robust, buttery cheddar flavor with subtle sweet notes makes it perfect for snacking, adding to your favorite recipe, or using it on a charcuterie tray. Aged over 8 months, this sweet cream cheddar is sure to please! It slices and melts easily.
