Processing / Shipping Time
Our business days for shipping purposes are Monday - Friday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed up until 12:00 am are eligible to ship the following day. Due to the perishable nature of our product, below are the eligible days for shipping based on the state being shipped to and transit times for Ground Shipping: Excluding any federal holidays within the United States.

We ship all packages via FedEx with the exception of shipments going to Hawaii & Alaska. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a FedEx tracking number to track your package. This information is also available by logging into your online account with Renard’s Cheese. We insulate and ship our cheese with frozen gel packs to prevent spoilage when necessary. If you opt out of cooler and ice we do not guarantee the product.
- Hawaii & Alaska
- All shipments to these addresses must be shipped via USPS. Due to transit time, these packages are eligible to ship on Monday’s only unless shipping is upgraded.
Correct Address Guarantee
We guarantee shipment to the address provided. Please check to make sure that ALL shipping addresses you have entered are correct. Incorrect shipping addresses result in delayed deliveries, and ultimately, the product perishes. If you request product to be reshipped using the correct address, we will correct the address as requested, reship the package, and as a courtesy we will extend a 20% discount on replacement product (this does not include shipping or ice & cooler). BE 100% SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. REMEMBER APARTMENT NUMBERS, STREET, AVENUE, DRIVE, CIRCLE, NORTH, SOUTH, EAST OR WEST.
At times, we are able to redirect a package while it is still in transit. In the event we are able to do so, FedEx will charge a fee of $16.00. Unfortunately, it is necessary to pass this fee onto the purchaser.
In addition, please ensure that the recipient will be home for delivery before the package arrives. We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.
All orders cancelled prior to shipment receive a full refund. Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect item; billing issues, or anything else), please e-mail us or call us at 1-855-512-3272. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your package. We will send a return label for your convenience. After 15 days, we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds.
