Aged Parmesan Juusto

Aged Parmesan Juusto is a Finnish-style baked cheese. When it’s first made, it’s baked in a special oven that caramelizes the sugars to create a toasty, caramelized crust. When you’re ready to serve it, just cut it into strips or cubes and heat it up! It doesn’t melt, but becomes soft and buttery, with the flavor of aged parmesan cheese.

Serve it alone, or drizzle it with honey or a dollop of jam.  Von Stiehl’s Riesling wine pairs fabulously with this juusto. Sold in a 6 oz package.
