Processing / Shipping Time

Our business days for shipping purposes are Monday – Friday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of our product, below are the eligible days for delivery based on the state being shipped to and transit times for Ground Shipping: Excluding any federal holidays within the United States.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

When temperatures are greater than 40 degrees, Renard’s Cheese recommends shipment with cooler & ice. If you choose not to ship with cooler & ice when temperatures are greater than 40 degrees, product will not be guaranteed. If temperatures are greater than 80 degrees and you are shipping to any of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming –2nd Day Air AND Cooler and Ice must be selected or product will not be guaranteed.

Due to the perishable nature of our product – we do not ship overseas.

Shipping Method

We ship all packages via UPS or Fed Ex, with the exception of shipments going to Hawaii & Alaska, which are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed a UPS, Fed Ex or USPS tracking number to track your package. This information is also available by logging into your online account with Renard’s Cheese. We insulate and ship our cheese with frozen gel packs when necessary to prevent spoilage. If you do not follow the above guidelines, we do not guarantee the product.

Correct Address Guarantee

We guarantee shipment to the address provided. Please check to make sure that ALL shipping addresses you have entered are correct. We are not responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address. If you request product to be reshipped using the correct address, we will correct the address as requested, reship the package, and as a courtesy we will extend a 20% discount on replacement product (this does not include shipping or ice & cooler). BE 100% SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. REMEMBER APARTMENT NUMBERS, STREET, AVENUE, DRIVE, CIRCLE, NORTH, SOUTH, EAST OR WEST.

At times, we are able to redirect a package while it is still in transit. In the event we are able to do so, UPS & Fed Ex will charge a fee of $18.00. Unfortunately, it is necessary to pass this fee onto the purchaser.

In addition, please ensure that the recipient will be home for delivery before the package arrives. We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.

Order Problems

All orders cancelled prior to processing receive a full refund. Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please e-mail us or call us at 1-855-512-3272. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your package. We may send a return label for your convenience. After 15 days, we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds.
