Our business days for shipping purposes are Monday – Friday, excluding any federal holidays within the United States. Due to the perishable nature of our product, below are the eligible days for delivery based on the state being shipped to and transit times for Ground Shipping: Excluding any federal holidays within the United States.
Renard’s Cheese is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit or any other circumstances beyond our control. Please note that neither Fed Ex nor UPS guarantees their transit times, and delays may be significant. We are not liable for damage due to weather, or due to actions or neglect by the shipping company or recipient. Renard’s Cheese strongly recommends shipping ALL packages with cooler and ice, especially when temperatures are above 40 degrees.
If temperatures are above 80 degrees and you are shipping to any of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming –2nd Day Air AND Cooler and Ice must be selected to prevent spoilage.

Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not ship overseas.
We ship all packages via UPS or Fed Ex. Gift cards are mailed via USPS. Once an order is shipped with Fed Ex or UPS, you will be e-mailed a tracking number to track your package. This information is also available by logging into your online account with Renard’s Cheese. We insulate and ship our cheese with frozen gel packs (when selected) to prevent spoilage. If you do not follow the above guidelines, we do not guarantee the product.
Please check to make sure that ALL shipping addresses you have entered are correct. We are not responsible for products shipped or delivered to incorrect addresses. BE 100% SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. REMEMBER APARTMENT NUMBERS, STREET, AVENUE, DRIVE, CIRCLE, NORTH, SOUTH, EAST OR WEST. A substantial fee will be charged if the address needs to be updated after the first 24 hours. If you request product to be reshipped to a correct address, we will correct the address as requested, reship the package, and as a courtesy we will extend a 20% discount on replacement product (this does not include shipping or ice & cooler).
At times, we are able to redirect a package while it is still in transit. In the event we are able to do so, UPS & Fed Ex will charge a redirect fee. Unfortunately, it is necessary to pass this fee onto the purchaser.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, UPS & Fed Ex will charge a fee for this return. Unfortunately, it is necessary to pass this fee onto the purchaser. We will attempt to contact the purchaser regarding a return. After 15 days returned packages will be discarded.
In addition, please ensure that the recipient will be home for delivery before the package arrives. We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended.
All orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed will receive a full refund. After 24 hours cancellation or changes may not be possible and additional fees will apply. Unfortunately, errors do happen. If you discover anything is wrong with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please e-mail us or call us at 1-855-512-3272. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We may send a return label for your convenience. After 24 hours, we will not replace or resend merchandise, or issue refunds.
